Intermark Steel faced a daunting challenge when the lobby stair we fabricated sagged backward and left to right after temporary columns were removed. Amid finger-pointing between IHC, Okland, SEOR, and Schuff, Intermark Steel was not being paid for their work while the issue remained unresolved. In a bold move, Matt Blaser stepped in and offered to correct the stairs himself, donning his welding hood to get the job done...
